Sunny-Side Up Eggs

Not sure if eggs are good for me or bad for me today, but either way it really doesn’t matter. Because I”m going to continue to eat them anyway. I like them just about anyway, but one of my favorite’s is the good ol’ sunny-side up with toast. And no one makes them better than the Pioneer Woman.  They are pure perfection.  Give em a try.

I eat egg & toast every day for breakfast! It's the only thing that keeps me from starving at lunch time. I used to make them w/ water but I've been doing overeasy lately.

We eat eggs frequently here too. Especially on a test day or busy day, like you said, keeps you filled up. But I've always had a heck of a time cooking overeasy eggs for some reason. Yolk would be overcooked by the time the rest was ready. And PW's method really nailed the perfect overeasy egg. And we have a new business in town that is selling their farm fresh eggs. So we are in egg heaven right now.
