Painting & Carving Pumpkins

We love doing our pumpkins every year, but we really love driving around our town and checking out everyone else’s. There are some really creative people out there.

We do a happy mix of painting and carving. And we love to bake those seeds too !

Although they are cheap and flimsy, those pumpkin carving tools are nice. They do make it easier. I wish they were better quality to keep from year to year, but what do you expect for a few bucks.

Just makes her very happy to be able to do it all by herself without the sharp kitchen knifes.

She always loves when she see’s the puking pumpkins.

Should have used a stencil. But we had to have a Shaklee pumpkin !

Um, I just don’t even know what to say to this one.

What Halloween traditions do you have? 
We make chili every year so it’s done when we come back from a (usually) cold and wet Trick or Treating.
