Niagara Falls

We made a quick pit stop at Niagara Falls during a summer travel. As quick of a pit stop as you can at Niagara Falls that is. 

We have visited both the United States and Canadian sides. In my opinion, if you are looking for things to actually do, the US side is better. But the view of the falls is not the greatest. The Canada side had less to do, but the view of the falls was undoubtedly the best. These photo’s are from this trip on the US side. Maybe one day I’ll pull the photo’s from our Canadian side to show you the comparison.

I love that bridge in the background.

I think I like it black and white better. Either way, it’s a purty old bridge. It’s just a walking bridge to get to more of the falls activities.

These birds were everywhere. In parking lots mostly. Amazing what people are feeding these birds. I declare them the most unhealthy birds on the planet.

From the US side you get more of a side angle of the falls. From the Canadian side you get a full on view. Makes a real pretty background for pictures of your family.

We really wanted to ride this ferris wheel. It was HUGE. Unfortunately, it was on the other side.

The girl likes picking her flowers. We have some rules on what we can pick and from where. She really is a compulsive flower picker. But a really cute flower picker isn’t she?
