Homemade Chicken Garlic Ranch Pizza (Recipe)
Hey everyone. How is your Sunday treating you? I hope fantastic. I just wanted to quick share this pizza recipe with you all. It was so so good !!
It’s Homemade Chicken Garlic Ranch Pizza. I failed to take an after picture. Total blogging rookie mistake right there. I’m slippin’ guys !
But here it before going in the oven. Psst – there is also a sneak peak at the new counter and backsplash.
I am not going to put measurements with this simply because every size and personal preference will make a difference. It is listed in the order I make it in.
- Dough – I use Sams Club premade frozen dough. Easy peasy and good.
- Sauce – Ranch Dressing (real dressing, not the powder) mixed with some minced garlic. I use cloves, not garlic salt or powder.
- Chicken (cooked/diced or shredded) – I use boneless skinless breasts seasoned with salt and pepper but you can use whatever floats your boat.
- Cheese – thin layer of mozzarella, cheddar and Parmesan cheese. More Mozz, less Parm and Ched somewhere in between.
- Tomatoes – I use Roma’s, they are less gutsy than other maters.
- Green Onions – I cut them using mostly the green part and very little of the white onion part. Not the bulb at all.
- Cheese – top it all off with a bit more Mozz, Ched and Parm. And I also throw a few hunks of a real mozzarella ball on there because I’m fancy like that and I sometimes prefer to throw all foods that are good for me out the window and mess my skin issues up a little with dairy overload. Got to live on the edge a little.
- Bake on pizza stone (I put parchment paper under it) at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
And Viola !!! You’ll have pure goodness. Let me know what you think if you try it.
What is your favorite pizza? I can’t pick a fave, they are all good.
