One day I’d like to upgrade to a newer style, but this suits every need I have right now. Effective, lightweight and comfortable. 

Love all these Nike, Adidas and Under Armour shorts. I don’t have a particular running tight or capri that I love, any recommendations would be great.

Just a couple of favorite’s in the Asics and Brooks line.

The following 2 water bottles are the only 2 that have never leaked. The best I’ve ever used and continually stick with them. Larger water bottle cup holder adapter. The 3rd one, Simple Modern, has many different sizes and styles…not just the one I linked here. Many great choices.

Best earbuds I’ve used to date. Don’t even notice them there. Comfortable but the best part is, they stay put for the whole run or workout. And 2nd one is an inexpensive bluetooth option.

This roller stick is perfect. Does what it’s supposed to. Easy to maneuver and inexpensive.

I only use this on race day. It’s awesome to carry my keys, debit card or money and my phone for music to free up my hands. I used to carry all that stuff. It appears this particular one is currently unavailable. Hopefully they get it back soon.

This jump rope has made a big impact on my even using a jump rope. They used to just piss me off, this has solved all issue. No tangles, spins great, very sleek and lightweight.

Sand bag for weight. Little different than traditional weights but I really like this for variety.
